The Walmart Museum is sponsoring the Community Art Project 2015, where residents can leave their mark on the Bentonville Square.
This project is designed to bring the community together through art expression, and set to debut during First Friday on Friday, Oct. 2 at 11 a.m. Participants will draw a piece of art choosing to represent either community or innovation – or one of each. The art will then be on display at the new Bentonville Square Neighborhood Market in November.
Residents not present for First Friday will still have the opportunity to participate in the project during Tinkerfest on Oct. 10 from 10 a.m – 5 p.m. The Walmart Museum will have an art station setup in the pavilion at the Scott Family Amazeum.
Participants must have all of their drawings submitted to museum by Saturday, Oct.10 at 5:00 pm.
